We work with two types of visitors: HR teams and companies managing international assignees, and individual employees (and their families) who are relocating and need hands-on support. If your employer already uses Noah Mobility, you can be authorised directly on the platform; if not, your HR team can get in touch with us to set this up.

ARK ONE Platform

06 What is ARK ONE?

ARK ONE is our proprietary SaaS platform for managing global mobility. It lets HR teams onboard assignees, allocate budgets, and track every case in real time, while employees can log in, select the services they need, choose a consultant, upload documents, and follow their case progress.

07 How does ARK ONE work?

It generally follows five steps: (1) log in to ARK ONE, (2) the employer authorises the employee, (3) the employee selects services and a consultant with costs shown instantly, (4) required documents are uploaded to the platform, and (5) the case is tracked and managed in real time until completion.

08 Do I need ARK ONE to use Noah Mobility's services?

End-to-end support for the physical and administrative move: pre-move planning, paperwork like address registration, arrival support (airport pickup, orientation, temporary housing), settling-in help (bank accounts, healthcare registration, utilities), family support, and repatriation at the end of the assignment.

Yes — every assignee is assigned one dedicated consultant who acts as a single point of contact from planning through settling in.

17 How quickly does Noah Mobility respond to relocation queries?

We aim for a 24-hour reaction time on relocation cases, based on our current service standards.

18 Do you help with repatriation at the end of an assignment?

Yes, repatriation management is included as the final stage of our standard relocation process.

20 How long does it typically take to find housing?

On average, our housing team helps clients find a suitable home in around 14 days, though this varies by location and requirements.

21 Do you offer temporary or short-term accommodation?

Yes, temporary and short-term furnished accommodation is available, particularly useful for the period before a permanent home is secured.

22 Do you help with lease negotiations, not just finding the property?

Yes, guidance through offer submission and lease negotiation is part of the housing service.

Taxation

We offer cross-border tax consulting for international assignments, including tax equalisation policy design, home- and host-country tax return preparation, shadow payroll administration, and social security agreement navigation, across 40+ jurisdictions.

24 Can you tell me exactly how much tax I'll owe?

No — we can't provide personal tax calculations through general inquiries. Pre-assignment tax cost modelling and budgeting are part of our service and are handled by a qualified tax consultant based on your specific circumstances.

25 What is "shadow payroll" and do you manage it?

Shadow payroll is a way of reporting and withholding tax in a host country while an employee remains on their home-country payroll. Yes, we administer this as part of our taxation service.

26 Do you help avoid double taxation or double social security contributions?

Navigating social security agreements (such as totalization treaties and certificates of coverage) is part of our taxation service, aimed at addressing exactly this kind of issue. Specifics depend on the countries involved, so we'd recommend speaking with a consultant.

Moving & Shipping

27 Does Noah Mobility handle shipping my household belongings?

Noah Mobility coordinates the moving process as part of your overall relocation, but the physical packing and shipping of your household goods is carried out by our contracted moving partner, Gosselin (gosselin-moving.com), an accredited international moving company with 90+ years of experience. Your Noah Mobility consultant remains your single point of contact and manages the process on your behalf.

28 What shipping options are available?

Through our partnership with Gosselin, options include full-service international moves by road, sea, or air; starting with a household inventory survey, followed by export-grade professional packing, then transportation via road, sea, or air, including customs clearance, before full delivery to your home at destination.

29 Is my shipment insured?

Yes — comprehensive moving insurance covering your goods through packing, transport, storage, and delivery is available through Gosselin, and your Noah Mobility consultant helps arrange this as part of your move.

30 Can I store my belongings if I'm not ready to receive them?

Yes, secure, climate-controlled short- and long-term storage before, during, or after your move is available through Gosselin.

31 Can I track my shipment, and who do I contact about it?

Your Noah Mobility consultant stays in close contact with Gosselin throughout your move and will keep you updated on its status. Since Gosselin — not Noah Mobility — manages the physical transport, any move-day logistics ultimately run through their team, but you can always come to your Noah Mobility consultant first with questions.

Coaching

32 What kind of coaching does Noah Mobility offer?

Noah Mobility delivers coaching through our partnership with IMPACT Group (impactgrouphr.com), a specialist coaching provider. Together we offer cross-cultural communication training, one-to-one career and job-search coaching, partner/spousal career support, transition coaching for children, and relocation integration support — delivered in 100+ countries and 25 languages.

33 Is coaching only for the employee, or for the whole family?

The whole family — through IMPACT Group, partner/spousal career support and age-appropriate transition coaching for children are available alongside coaching for the relocating employee.

34 Does coaching continue after I've moved, or is it just pre-departure?

Both. IMPACT Group's programmes, coordinated by Noah Mobility, span pre-departure preparation, in-assignment integration support (including help with the social isolation that can come with relocating), and repatriation coaching once the assignment ends.
